CHIPCHIP Biweekly Report #20: October 28 to November 10 2024

Welcome to CHIPCHIP’s 20th Biweekly Report!

We’re planning to launch our token ahead of schedule! If you’re still reading, I’m sure you’ll be the first to spot this exciting piece of news.

We recently customized a poker table for one of our CHIPCHIP fans’ poker rooms as a special benefit exclusively for CHIPCHIP supporters. If any players in our community are interested, feel free to contact us. We also plan to open 1,000 offline poker rooms in the future.

Over the past two weeks, we have continued to make progress on the development of the CHIPCHIP platform as planned.

In addition, we have been adding new features to CHIPCHIP to enrich its gameplay and provide users with a better gaming experience. Apart from the PWA, auto buy-in, and verifiable shuffling features mentioned last week, we have now introduced the highly anticipated Jackpot feature, a favorite among players in many online gaming platforms.

What is Jackpot?

Jackpot is a common reward mechanism in card games. When specific conditions are met, players can win additional prize pool money beyond the regular game winnings. The appeal of this feature lies in the opportunity for players to win a large prize pool simply by luck.

Jackpot is typically triggered by specific conditions based on the player’s hand. In CHIPCHIP, we have designed two types of Jackpots: Good Hand Jackpot and Bad Beat Jackpot.

• Good Hand Jackpot: This is triggered when a player has a hand that meets the requirement of four-of-a-kind or higher, and wins the pot.
• Bad Beat Jackpot: This rewards players who hold a full house or stronger hand but still lose to an opponent’s superior hand. When this occurs, the player will receive additional compensation via the Bad Beat Jackpot.

CHIPCHIP will offer both USDT and CHIP token forms of the Jackpot. The initial jackpot funds will be provided by the platform, and a portion of the platform’s revenue will continuously be added to the prize pool, ensuring that the Jackpot amount continues to grow and giving players the chance to win larger prizes.

Currently, the feature is in the design phase, and more details on the Jackpot will be shared in future updates.

Additional Updates in This Biweekly Report

We are continuing the design phase for the Progressive Web App (PWA) feature. The artwork has been largely completed and will soon enter the development stage. With the PWA, users will be able to access the CHIPCHIP platform conveniently by visiting the website and adding it to their home screen, offering the experience of a native app without the lengthy load times associated with traditional web browsing.

We’ve made changes to the display of “Mini Games” on the homepage. Previously, all mini games were displayed on the homepage, requiring users to scroll down to access them, which could result in them being overlooked, and made the homepage appear cluttered. After the adjustment, mini games are now consolidated into the “Game” folder, making it easier for users to find and access them.

We have optimized the display of the More page. The core information about CHIP tokens, including its market cap, price, and number of holders, has been moved to the top of the page for more visibility. Additional details, such as circulation, staking amount, and burn numbers, are now easily accessible from this section.

CHIP token Swap functionality has been added to the platform’s internal trading system. Players can now directly exchange CHIP tokens for USDT and vice versa, without the need to withdraw and trade on the blockchain. This will help users save on transaction fees.
